About

Passion once experienced changes your life.

How do we see the world around us? Do we take time to see all the details in our surroundings; to really absorb what we really see? That is what I am trying to do with my art. Get people to look a little closer and bring the "outside" inside.

The making of my art has been a journey. I wanted to recreate the world I was seeing. It started with my wire sculpting. Some sculptures I add fences, swings and benches. But it wasn't enough, I wanted the sky and more details, so I created my 3D photography.

So I had the inspiration to enhance parts of my photos when printed on canvas. I use plastic, wood, wire, gel mediums and acrylic paint to create the effect I am looking for. Then the next stage is in the balance of what is enhanced and what I leave as the untouched photo. Each piece brings its own challenges.

My intention with art is to get people to stop and take an extra look. My art has certainly helped me stop and take time in seeing the details in what surrounds me every day.

Each piece of art is one of a kind. I do not sell direct from this site. If you want to enquire about a specific piece, please contact me.
